7 Year Anniversary in the Seaside Town of Homer Alaska

Whelp...on May 6th Philip and I celebrated our SEVENTH anniversary. CRAZY. Ridiculous. I'm seriously over here researching the best eye creams and he is simply getting hotter and hotter the older he gets! We have been through what feels like 3 lifetimes! It's the weird mix of "I can't believe it's only been 7 years!" and "I can't believe it's already been 7 years!!" If it's already been this wild of a ride I can't wait for our 50th!

We spent our anniversary in Homer, Alaska...in the coolest cabin. No running water or electricity. Off the grid. A ten minute walk to get to. It was perfection! Cozy and simple. Just us celebrating us.

The way he looks at me still gives me butterflies and the way my hand fits in his? Heavenly.

I love every freckle, every laugh line and every part of his big, beautiful, kind heart.

Thank you God for orchestrating our love story and giving Phil an extra helping of gutsiness so that he took the risk of coming out of Facebook stalking a girl he had only met once for a few minutes.
